From the South: Take IA-150 North (IA-150 becomes 3rd Ave SE/Jamestown Ave) Once in Independence take a right onto IA-150/CR-D22/1st St. East Turn left onto IA-150/5th Ave NE Turn right onto 14th St. NE (it's a few blocks after Casey's General Store) Go about 1 1/2 miles and turn right onto Lee Ave at the County Home From the West: Take US-20 East to IA-150 exit (exit 254-toward Independence/Vinton) Turn left onto IA-150 North/3rd Ave SE/Jamestown Ave Once in Independence take a right onto IA-150/CR-D22/1st St. East (follow 150 signs) Turn left onto IA-150/5th Ave NE Turn right onto 14th St. NE (it's a few blocks after Casey's General Store) Go about 1 1/2 miles and turn right onto Lee Ave at the County Home |
